SPECIAL EPISODE -  COVID_19  AND THE CARES ACT ON SMALL BUSINESS

Thank you for tuning in to a special episode. COVID-19 is affecting all of us, from our health to our finances. So, I’ve invited a friend Barry Roy who is an NJ-attorney to share his thoughts on what the Cares Act means for small businesses and self-contractors.

Barry assists small and medium-sized businesses facing difficult financial decisions with bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related matters. He also helps individual clients in eliminating their credit card debt, judgments, medical bills, and other types of debt to help them move forward with their lives without the loss of their most important assets.

Please excuse some of the sound issues, as this episode was recorded over a Zoom call, not a studio.

Disclaimer:  Barry Roy is on this podcast to provide the public with general information and a general understanding of the law, and not to provide specific legal advice. His appearance and opinions do not create an attorney-client relationship between you, a listener, and Rabinowitz, Lubetkin & Tully, LLC or any of its lawyers.

This podcast should not be used as a substitute for competent legal advice from a licensed professional attorney in your state.

Thank you for listening.
